We provide a list of affiliated institutions which may provide matching grants that expand the level of funding for scholarships that we offer. Florida International University (FIU), Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management
Florida International University’s School of Hospitality & Tourism Management is the highest ranked hospitality and tourism program in the Southeast United States; the program is ranked sixth in the nation as reported by the latest study published in the journal of Hospitality and Tourism Education. TTHTI, Trinidad Campus offers education and training in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management at the Associate Degree, Certificate and Vocational Levels. Programmes include Culinary Arts, Food and Beverage, Travel and Front Office Training. Other services include Catering, Placement and Consultancy.
University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Nassau, Bahamas
This programme offers some similarity with the Tourism Management Programme in that students are required to pursue both internships and lean another language. At the end of their first year, the students are required to transfer to the Centre of Hotel and Tourism in Nassau, Bahamas where they will complete the second and final years of the programme. CHTAEF gives preference to courses that involve ‘face-time’ with tutors and other students above 100% distance learning internet courses
