I am writing to say what an amazing session it was, presentation from Louise and Yourself. I am a shy person and get very nervous with public speaking, that is why I didn’t speak on the camera , I really wanted to say this… I would first like to thank Virgin Holidays/CHTAEF for facilitating this training yearly here in Barbados thus far and also thank you too Suzanne and Louise for an excellent job presenting. The training brought different individuals from numerous hotels across the island together so we get to experience and also learn what service issues or challenges we all experience on a daily basis, what we can do collectively to improve our guests experience and to keep the Caribbean that ideal tourist attraction for them to continuously return to, also the OVERALL AMAZING GUEST EXPERIENCE is what makes a greater impact for the guests travelling here to enjoy our different but unique cultures to educate the World through the leading market which is social media and to encourage more guests to travel to the Caribbean, with all that said LADIES I want to thank you again for that amazing, yet very informative session. Be safe and take care ladies until our paths cross again in another training session.
Regards
Shari Tull, Sous Chef – Ocean Two Resort & Residences
